Josh brings experience in the financial, CPG and intelligence sectors to the MaRS team.He works on social finance strategy projects in issue areas related to at-risk youth, the opioid crisis, newcomer employment and immigration, as well as the design of social impact bonds and other outcomes-based contracts.

Prior to joining MaRS, Josh worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble on the Old Spice, Olay, and Ivory brands. He also was an associate on the private debt team at Sun Life, and an intelligence operator with the Canadian Armed Forces. He received his MBA from the University of Toronto, his B.A. in from Queen’s University, and is a CFA Level 3 Candidate.
