JF provides loan guarantees to individuals, organizations looking to develop economic initiatives that promote self-reliance, human dignity and a better quality of life for the individual and the community.
Community based projects that reduce poverty and financial exclusion falling into 3 categories: - small business, - affordable housing, - community projects
Short term loans, bridge financing, loan guarantees
JF helps to develop economic initiatives that promote self-reliance, human dignity and a better quality of life for the individual, families and the community in the spirit of restoring equity within society. These projects would not be eligible for loans from traditional financial institutions.
